Don’t waste ur $ to stay with roaches and bedbugs
Not even worth a single star, worst place I’ve ever been in. Not worth the money cause two blocks down is like 4 really nice ones for a small price difference. Walked in and instantly it was obvious the pictures online are extremely old cause the whole place is ran down and absolutely disgusting. Girl at front eldest was super sweet at least and that’s the only decent thing about this place. We got into room and the first thing I see if a huge roach running across the floor, stepped on it then started to pay attention closer and they were everywhere in room, looked on matresss and definitely has bed bugs also, balcony door didn’t open and the fridge wasn’t even useable either. We ended up leaving and getting a room at a much much nicer place down the street for only a little more for the night. The girl who was working the front desk gave us the cash deposit back instantly but now I get to go through a long process to get it refunded for the room itself. I wouldn’t even give place a look and if I could choose 0 stars I definitely would.

Avoid this clip-joint!!!
Very disappointed. The hotel was old and in disrepair. The room was not clean as one would expect, especially the bathroom. The electronic lock on the door quite working and had to be replaced. I don't know how long our possessions and ourselves were unprotected before we discovered the problem. It has been nine days since our check out and the $100 deposit they requested hasn't been returned to us as promised.

Moldy smelling
There was a wet spot in the floor that made the room smell moldy and since the wet spot was near the bathroom, I don’t even want to think about why it was wet. They also gave us a key and we walked in to someone else’s room so they switched us.

If you like sketchy, this is your hotel
It was okay. I've stayed in better and worse places. Hallway reeked of marijuana. Elevator was sketchy and stuffy as was the hall. I think this hotel houses transient people waiting for some type of housing. It was party central outside with a lot of "exchanges" going on. Cops were there two days in a row.

Get what you paid for
Slow checking in process. Some dude in the lobby came up to me and my daughter and tried to grab my arm and talk to me. Room smelled off. Found black mold on shower ceiling. Stains on covers.

It's ok nothing special.
Our room was on the same floor as the bar so it was a bit loud and a bit more late night traffic through the hall. Plus there were cops there for a person intoxicated in the hall, which made it awkward going to the vending machine with our child. It looked like the carpets hadn't been cleaned in a while. We couldn't check out till they checked the room.

AWFUL!
Check in was easy but that was the only good thing about our stay. The room smelled like cat urine, the bed sheets were crunchy and there were bugs all over the bathroom. Absolutely disgusting and if it wasn’t a last minute stay, I would have left.

Have stayed here a few times over the past few years. This year the property seemed to be in an especially run down state. Bad cockroach infestation. The diner attached used to be really good now it is awful. The hotel breakfast was served in the old diner and that was even worse. Kept requesting our room to be cleaned and although we were assured it would be done, it was not. On Sunday morning we found they had migrants sleeping in the lobby the previous night as they were sold out Saturday night. We will not be back. There many better affordable options in the area.

I booked three nights at the Clarion Hotel in Tulsa Oklahoma, checked in late at night after 10:00, and after three in the morning I already checked out, the hotel is completely infested with cockroaches, there are tons of them and of different sizes, they crawl everywhere, you can’t protect yourself from them and you can’t cope, I shook out all my things, a full suitcase. so as not to bring them home and returned to the employee and demanded to return all my money, by law this hotel is not suitable for living and they should return all my money, but they refused to return it for the first few hours I spent in the hotel and said that they would return it only after two days! I left there not on my whim, but because it was impossible to be there and I have 17 photos with these terrible insects ...., and how can you have breakfast there, I could not eat for a whole day because of what I saw ....

Spend more money and go somewhere better.
It smelled bad like mold and smoke, stains and hairs on the bedding, holes in wall, broken elevator, very loud music playing, black stuff in the fridge. I explained to the front desk lady we were not conformable staying and wanted a refund. They refused to refund me. We didn't even bring our bags into the room! So I paid $155 just to walk into a dirty room and inspect the beds.
