Lobby/service was good - desk staff was very professional. We chose this hotel for location, pool and breakfast. No reservations required to use the pool, however, there were so many LOUD children in the pool that my kids chose not to swim (and I was not disappointed that I didn't have to sit in the pool area!) I believe the posted max capacity for the pool was 25, and we counted 26. Literally, not enough room to do anything but stand in the pool.

The stay was great. The pool was great but the owner needs to have more consideration for children. Harry is very rude! My children are young. And the door to the pool was broken so in order to get back in it was leave the door open or go soaking wet to the front desk.

My stay was pleasant. I was there two nights. Clean room, comfortable bed and decent breakfast. Highway noise was a bit noticeable but didn't interfere with my sleep.

Upon arrival, I immediately noticed neither guests nor staff were heading COVID-19 precautions. I checked in and went up to my room, which happened to be right next to the elevator. Between the noise from the elevator and the sounds of people constantly walking past my room, I was not able to get any sleep. I was woken up at 5:00 AM and just decided to get ready and go. The location of the hotel is pretty inconvenient. There is shred limited parking with the neighboring motel 6, and there aren't very many food places nearby. I usually like the Holiday Inn Express, but this is not one I would recommend.
