The whole experience was great.at the check in when i had a casual chat with the receptionist, i mentioned its my mother in law's birthday and the stay in the hotel is my gift for her.when i checked in to the room to my surprise, i found a cake and written happy birthday.that was a great stuff. Then when we went down for coffee at the hotel cafe, the staff brought another cake while singing happy birthday.my mum in law was so thrilled.overall, mandarin oriental gave us a wonderful experience throughout our stay!!good food, clean room and pleasant staffs and overall a great and wonderful experience!!

I stayed in Twin Tower View room, that was so amazing view and room was clean and comfortable. Then I ordered birthday cake for my boyfriend, and you gave chocolate cake for us. Thank you for answering my request. I hope we’ll stay here again.

The hotel is located next to KLCC and very short walking distant to shop and have your meals The staff are very friendly and proffessional, they make you feel welcome and they are always smiling. The room is clean and the beds are very comfy. Their special bottled water taste sweet too😃

Hotel location very strategic - next to shopping mall. Spacious and plenty parking spaces - complimentary by hotel to in-house guest. Facilities excellent but need to book in advance due to COVID19 and tennis court will be charged per hour. In regards to breakfast - food OK but there is still room for improvement. Overall - highly recommended.

Close to Suria KLCC. View was adequate but hoped to get the KLCC view. I think the price is higher to get the view.

A really lovely stay - the staff make you feel known and welcome and even during these strange times, it was still a great experience. The rooms are spacious and luxurious and the location is perfect for access to KLCC. Really recommend it.

We went there for our honeymoon 5 years agi and had the BEST experiwnce and wanted to go down memory lane again on our 5th Anniversary!. our experience was exactly the samw.if not better this time around!! the warmth and hospitality of staffs there made us feel like royalty! we got a free cake and honeymoon deco too!! Mandarin Oriental will always hold a special place in our hearts
