The room was fine but I had to request service for the room. For this price, it should be automatic. I understand Covid but we can easily be out of the room. I was very disappointed that not one restaurant was open and we had to run out for breakfast . There was good for weddings but not for patrons. We also paid extra for preferred parking. No one monitored the lot and it was full of wedding guests without pink parking tickets. We had to park by some corporate building and we aren’t young! I didn’t feel well taken care of. I will say the staff was lovely. Also, we had to bring our luggage down because there was no bellman early in the morning snd as I said, we aren’t young.
