We arrived around 5, got into the room and realized it was probably the wrong room, not the superior king. The front desk was not very nice or helpful. She just said we were in the correct room repeatedly instead of telling us the difference, something you might do with your first time guests, evidently not here though. We come to find out that the room was very tiny, the AC was good, good shower, great martinis and wonderful location. My wife was so unimpressed by the front desk she didn’t even bother to ask about our broken remote for our room so we could sit after a long day of walking museums in front of a Sox game. I’d give it a 3.5/5. The room also said in the description it would have run access. The entire reason I got the room was to give a bath to my baby. After 5 days in Chicago she was a hot stinky mess. We ended up trying to hold her while we were showering on the ground. The very least the check in process could’ve gone through a few things. She did nothing of the sort, just had me sign and go about my day. For the price I payed I thought I’d have a few more things, like a tub….and a working tv remote
