This was a one night stay to attend a show in a venue not far from the hotel. The staff was excellent; so accommodating! Kudos to Graham ( the shuttle driver) who drove us to and from the venue. Although it was only 4-5 blocks away, the venue is in an industrial area and hard to negotiate. He was waiting for us when the show was over. Above and beyond expectations. The room was large and the bed comfortable. Only negatives were the sound of the AC ( very loud) and the functional design of the bathroom. It's very tight and the privacy door goes inward, so using the toilet or entering the shower requires some door maneuvering.

I am retired thus not staying current with the state of the hospitality industry so I did not expect to encounter a Hyatt so rundown and poorly maintained. Our room’s bathroom is a disgrace. It is a large room with one of those tiny bathrooms where you must move to an uncomfortable place to open the door to exit. The shower is a wrench which was poorly repaired to be an even bigger wreck. It was hotel 6 gross. The toilet seat slid around the toilet which is an easy repair but I wasn’t going to do it.

Great rooms. Kids loved not having to share a bed (they are 6'2" teen boys). Daughter was picked up at airport by a wonderful, friendly, accommodating (free!) shuttle driver (shout out to Adriano) so she wouldn't have to wait at the airport for us for an hour. Kids all said the breakfast was amazing! FREE PARKING was a huge draw for mom. Great locale. Good price. Fabulous beds/rooms. Safe feel to the area. Why don't all hotels have a sleeper sofa?? The room sleeps 6. We'll definitely be back!
