Great hotel near Gloucester road tube station so easy for touring round London. Nice room and decent breakfast. Hotel bar seemed to be closed during my stay which was a shame but lots of nice places to eat in the local area. This is my 3rd stay here when visiting London from Canada and will be back next time

We stayed in a junior suite, the room was lovely, very clean, comfortable and incredibly spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was really good too. The location is excellent, ideally situated near to Gloucester Road tube station both on the Piccadilly line for our theatre and on the District line for Victoria station. We would not hesitate in recommending the hotel and would love to return.

Overall a disappointing stay. Wi-Fi was unreliable in my basement (Executive Floor) room which smelled of mildew. Walls of hotel were disheveled and definitely not a 4 star experience. Room was not as pictured on Hotels.com.
