My stay was very disappointing from the time I arrived, we were told that we couldn’t valet due to it being full. This was very inconvenient due to the fact that I have a 1 year old. We had to park at a parking lot that was 2 blocks away which was dangerous at 11 pm. Once we arrived in our room, the bed sheets were FILTHY, and the bath tub was extremely dirty. The bottom of the tub was completely dark-filled with dirt. This is a pandemic we’re in and we couldn’t get a decent, clean room. I also tried using the vending machine, but it was broken-wouldn’t take any change. I will never stay at his hotel again.

Hotel was fine. Bed was too soft, fridge didn't cool we'll enough so I had to toss some of our food, and there was no microwave. Otherwise room was nice, clean, and had an excellent view of the city. Parking was a nightmare. We paid $23 to park in the garage but when we got back from dinner there was no parking. We drove around for over an hour trying to find a spot in the garage. The kids were upset and tired, there were drunk people driving fast and swerving towards cars in the garage. Also people driving dangerously fast to get spots before other people. My son was actually scared and kept asking to go to another hotel just to leave the parking garage. There were lots of empty spots but you couldn't get in them bc there are concrete posts blocking them, or people who parked in the middle of 2 or even 4 spots! Didn't see anyone monitoring the garage at all. We were on our way out of the garage to cancel our room and get our stuff out when we FINALLY found a spot. It took forever to get into it bc it was also blocked by a post, but my husband managed and we finally got the kids in bed. It put a huge damper on our trip bc we were all tired the next day. I was happy to get such a good deal on the room but lesson learned, it wasn't worth it.

After reading all the reviews I decided to try it even knowing could it be a bad experience and I traveled with my family. But SURPRISE! It was GREAT! I parked my car next door, parking it's outside but it's 10dlls every 12hrs, ended saving 15 dlls. Because the parking at hotel is 35. Hotel was clean, nice to stayed in there. We walked around, there's a lot of parks for kids, shops, restaurants, live music. Very nice! I will go back soon.

Everything was nice, except the parking. It was full and we drove around for like 20 mins trying to find parking and I thought it was going to be free, but had to pay for parking.

Arrived at check-in and the front desk did not have my reservation at all. They said they had not been receiving anything from a 3rd party. They told me there was nothing I could do but contact my 3rd party and have them forward my information to them. It was 1 AM and there was an estimated wait time of 4-6 hours for an agent to get on the line with me. Once everything was straightened out and got up to our room in the middle of the night, the AC was out and not working. It was over 80° in the room. We called the front desk and they said maintenance would be out in about 10 minutes but took them about 30 minutes and another 30 minutes to fix the problem. We didn’t get to sleep until almost 5 AM and we were only spending one night here. I essentially paid over a $100 for a couple hours of sleep.
