For a raddison it is very average and needs a face lift. The room I got was old and needed an upgrade, what you showed in your platform is not what I got. They also told me I could check in at 3pm only as I was an Expedia client. Frustrating seeing others check in before me.

Hotel in a good location to Messe Dusseldorf, barrier parking (you must pay). Excellent friendly staff. The hotel was a little tired, and we felt very overpriced for what we got. Appreciate that Boot show was on, however lots of other hotels much cheaper in similar area. Excellent selection for breakfast - at extra cost

Good conference hotel
We had a good stay, but a few areas for improvement. One lift was broken when we arrived and then the second lift broke while we were there, which meant using the service lifts - bit inconvenient in such a busy hotel. Nice pool downstairs, lovely shower in room, terrible towels, slight bit of black mould in bathroom too. Nice big bedroom with lovely hairdryer! Couldn't order room service on the first night - think they were struggling with staff, bar was packed and staff seemed to be struggling there too. Beds were just two singles made up separately and pushed together - not a double, big gap in the middle. Breakfast E29 each - we didn't bother and found cafes, seemed very expensive. Not much evening selection either - we ate out. We enjoyed our stay and the hotel was in a good location for us - but definitely a conference hotel.
