We stayed for 6 nights in Le Phenix and it was an enjoyable stay. Right on the Saone River and at the entrance to the old town it’s the perfect place for gourmets to stay. We didn’t have the breakfast as it was bit pricey and there are better options nearby.

8/10 Very good

This was the perfect hotel for my one night stay in Lyon. The staff was kind and helpful. The location was convenient, near many good bouchons and an easy walk to all the main tourist sites. The room itself was comfortable, cool, and quiet despite facing the road. I would stay again.

8/10 Very good

Clean and friendly hotel in convenient location for transport and several places of interest. Room we had in building C was dull, lacked natural lighting and artificial lighting was inadequate. No hot drinks facilities in room or drinking water, however cold still and sparkling jugs of water were available free of charge from the bar. Staff were friendly and spoke good English.
