If you are going to Chiefs or Royals game, this is THE hotel to stay at. It was such a nice, quick walk. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Love a free breakfast! The only downfall of my stay was my room had a horrible odor of cigarettes and marijuana.

8/10 Very good

We arrived late in the evening so we didn’t get to experience much of the property. My only complaints are that the door to the room had next to no soundproofing and there were children screaming and running in the halls in the morning which woke us up; and that the toilet was awkwardly positioned in the bathroom, with lights on the outside, no lock, and the toilet paper dispenser placed so that it was always in the way of your elbow. The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly. Appreciated the continental breakfast having hot biscuits and gravy, sausages and eggs.

Bed was comfortable, easy walking distance to the baseball stadium. Breakfast was OK and did not like the flimsy paper plate. Overall a good expirence, would consideer booking at the hotel again when I'm in the area.

8/10 Very good

This is a nice hotel especially for then price. The rooms are large. We had a bedroom with two queen beds as well as a separate living room with a pull out couch, microwave and refrigerator. The breakfast was good as well. The bedding was nice and the mattress was good but I’ve had more comfortable ones in my travels. It’s right off 70 so great lication for a chiefs or Royals game, but also as a base for downtown concerts at TMobile. For the value it’s hard to beat.
