I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. I always go to major chains that get you with good price but then get you with parking fees they have is small at the end of the reservation. This was a very good price, no hidden fee and a great breakfast for covid time. The staff was just wow. Saying hi, the desk calling you by name. Also. I got a Room with a view of the harbour. WoW. I don’t come often to SJ but Next time I am, i will be staying there. Not a 5 stars hotel but has 5 stars service.

Comfortable but could have been better
The check in was very smooth. The front desk staff was very friendly. We we checked in to one of the renovated rooms. The mattress was very comfortable and the room cozy. However, the room and the bathroom could have been cleaned better. The tub was not cleaned properly.
