Bathroom issue
We stayed for 4 nights with my four year old daughter. Checking in was smooth and the area is quite nice because it is in close proximity with the shopping malls. However, we had a not so good experience with our bathroom. There was a foul smell coming from the floor drain, and i suspected it was the smell from the sewer. We stayed for the first night, but on the second night, i noticed when i flush the toilet, water and some waste comes out on the side of the toilet and goes to the floor drain (i won't post the pic because i might spoil your dinner). Good thing that when i reported it, we were transferred to an upgraded room. Though we had to fix and pack all our things and had to carry our kid because it was a bit late at 9pm and was already sleeping. I hope they will fix it because overall the hotel is nice and fair priced. Will i come back to this hotel? Yes.

Reasonable
A nice little hotel nestled behind Far East Plaza and Mt Elizabeth but long walk to the shopping malls. The room was big and clean but the shower was wonky, imagine having to shower in piping hot water, and fortunately, the maintenance team was able to fix quickly.

Love the vibe as you enter the hotel lobby. Modern and elegant with cool music. Great service. You can feel the warmth from each staff- from front desk to Roos to housekeeping. Love the universal outlets and USB outlets - no need to bring an adapter. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Complete amenities in room. Toothbrush toothpaste soap shampoo conditioner lotion (O&M) iron slippers bathrobe hairdryer coffee water bottle ref safe - daily housekeeping. Only con is you need to walk about 15mins (no roof) to orchard or 10mins to the nearest 7-11.
