Great stay, will definitely return!
The hotel was in a great location, beside the Metro and within walking distance to Sempione Park. Lovely little restaurants nearby. The room and bathroom were lovely and the bed was very comfortable. Front desk staff were extremely helpful. The bar area was nice to sit and relax in. The barman was also very helpful, providing me with ice for an injured leg!

Ok location & price
The hotel indicating 4 stars is very deceiving. The location is great next to Chinatown and next to Gerusalamme station. The price is reasonable and overall the place is clean. However, the inside is very outdated. I told the front desk that my room smelled like someone smoked in it. Instead of just listening, I was argued with saying its not possible and my experience invalidated. However, it is very possible since the window opens. They do not provide water. I asked for water in the lobby and the front desk told me to get it next door. I asked for an iron and they had me bring the iron and ironing board by myself.

Lovely stay
Had a lovely stay over 5 nights. The hotel room was spacious and air-conditioned. There was a fridge to store your water, and the beds were extremely comfy. The only issue was the shower drain was clogged I think as the water wasn’t draining properly and the shower basin was filling up quite high, but this wasn’t a major issue for us. Overall the hotel is great, good value and location!

Never again
Old fashioned and dated hotel. Even had physical bulky room keys rather than cards. Breakfast was very limited choice. Rooms were noisy. It is not a 4* hotel and more like 3*. Staff did not honour hotel.com gold member free late checkout and said they would only provide it if i paid.
