Fantastic cleaning procedures were being enforced during my stay. Not once did I feel uncomfortable about the sanitation level while roaming the building. Excellent staff as well !

Overall the experience was nice. However I expected a microwave in the room as described. But, I was told by staff that it was a fire hazard and there are community microwaves. The air conditioner didn't have a cover it was very old and loud. So they need to update how they describe the rooms.

I booked the room because of the location. We were told we could not check in early unless we paid $40. Pretty obvious the hotel was pretty empty. I had never been told I would have to pay to check in early. We came back later to check in. Had a really hard time getting the key cards to work. The toilet was not working in our room and we had to change rooms. It was annoying. The next morning I wanted to grab coffee on the way out and the container was almost empty. I got half a cup. My husband got none. I loved the location but not sure I will ever book here again.

Recommend this hotel with budget price
We recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. At first I was hesitant to book a room as the price was pretty low for a Hyatt; however, I took my chances and decided to reserve a room for my husband and 3 kids. The room was very spacious, in good condition and clean. Hosts were friendly and the service was really good. The hotel is located off of a busy main street with lots of options for dining and shopping. I would recommend this hotel to other guests.
