Disappointing
Reserved online for five people, but the room only slept four - and no rollout bed or other accommodations were offered. The room was pretty worn out - as is the hotel - with carpet stains and a general rundown feel. No breakfast currently being offered.

Horrible stay
RED ALERT. Stay away from this place. Stayed 3 nights and no hot water the entire time. They claimed they were "fixing it". I feel like the place was being sold and no one cared about it anymore. Couldn't get extra blankets for our room. And to top it off... $100 pre authorization on breakage and one week later the pre auths are not removed. Don't try calling because no one will pick up. Need to resolve this issue.

Wish I could get my money back
I was very disappointed with this facility. I booked a room here just to stay the night so I could finish my travels the next day, so not expecting a lot. I found the bed linens to be yellowed in color. I am not confident they were cleaned prior to my stay. The bathroom towels we stained and in poor condition. No water cups in the bathroom, shower head leaked tremendously. The dead bolt on the door would not engage properly. Once I arrived I had to ring the front desk three times before someone showed up, I wasn’t even sure at first this was an employee, was wearing a hoodie with no identification. I normally choose Wyndham hotels because of their cleanliness and professionalism, this place is the complete opposite of what I have experienced in the past. With that being said, I didn’t look at reviews prior to my booking, now I wish I had, very disappointed. What is sad, most of the reviews I had read mentioned everything that I am disappointed about this facility. A lot of these complaints have been stated from months ago to over a year.

The place was awful. Bugs, empty douche bottle in drawer, bath tub did not drain, shower curtain was moldy, ice machine had mold on the outside. Grounds were dirty with trash all over the place. Asked for a room cleaning while gone for a night and it didnt happen. Room had a dirty smell. Tv kept going out. Sheets seemed dirty, a yellow color. There were about 20 light bulbs in the room and maybe 8 worked. Key card stopped working 2 times. Place was just down right awful. Would not recommend at all and would never stay there again.
