This was a perfectly located hotel. Right down the street from Whole Foods and 5 minutes walking to downtown Mill Ave. hotel was a little old but the free breakfast and location was well worth it

First off, this was a random booking for my wife and myself. So check-in was a little tricky especially at 3 am, but the staff was still welcoming. Parking looked to be a mess in the middle of the night but one of the staff was able to locate a spot while I checked in. The room was cozy and the bed very comfortable. There was little noise to be heard with room neighbors which is always a good thing. Would definitely stay here again.

The front desk was kind and patient even as they were learning a new system and the place was very busy. The beds were a little harder than expected but we slept great.

Hotel was actually nice and the dtaff was excellent, but for $159.00 a night it was a bit overpriced for what you get.

Nice hotel in great location! Walk to Mills Street for food and fun. Only issue was the A/C. Unit and thermostat were annoying. Room would get so stuffy and warm I would put on a short sleeve t-shirt, then A/C would kick on and I would need a fleece sweatshirt to avoid being frozen. Seems there should be a better way for a place this nice!

The staff is very pleasant and welcoming. The property is very clean and up to date. The pool and green space in the courtyard are beautiful and it features plenty of chairs etc. to sit and relax. It is conveniently located both to the airport and downtown Tempe. This is a very nice property. The bistro currently has limited hours and options.

Property was close to lots of spots to eat. Wish I didn’t have to pay for parking though

This hotel’s enforcement of the mask mandate was to post a sign saying it was required. Most guests in the lobby were not wearing them and when we asked the staff why they weren’t enforcing the policy, they said “we are, there’s a sign”. No asking guests to abide by the rules. Very unsafe. We reported the hotel to the county health department.
