I was there for a solo trip and the stay was wonderful. The staff is so nice and friendly. I specially loved the breakfast. It was a great start to the day to enjoy the food, the view and of course the staff that greeted you so warmly in the morning. The room was nice and quite large. Loved the rain shower and the water was super hot. This hotel is in a popular neighborhood so the traffic both cars and people is heavy and can be noisy but did not bother me. I would like to see the rooms represent the feel of the hotel more but overall the room is all redone just not in the style I personally like. I would definitely stay there again also close to metro stations.

The staff at front desk were very polite and helpful, especially Hanae. I have been visiting this hotel for a number of years, every time I come to Paris. As a VIP access gold member i have never been given a room upgrade. Last month on visiting I literally had to beg for a pair of slippers. i was very disappointed this time round as i noticed the hotel needs a good sprucing up. The corridors and rooms look very tired. Our room had a very stuffy smell(like smelly feet), I'm not sure if it was the carpets but it hit you every time you walked in. Maybe the owners should consider wooden floors. I mentioned this to front desk and they informed me that the hotel will be closing for a renovation. This hotel does not come cheap so guests would expect something more. I will reconsider staying here again if changes are nit made. One of the main reasons I stay here is the locality, its convenient to get to and the area surrounding the hotel is amazing. Overall disappointed this time round
