Park Pointe Hotel

Definitely works on a budget. I had business at the conference center next door, so it was very convenient. The updates they are doing on the property are attractive. Kids had fun running in the garden area. Staff was nice, security appeared thorough. They had a notice in the lobby thanking customers for being patient as they continued to build their dream. I'm okay with supporting a startup. I'd stay here again, but looking forward to more improvements on the outside of the property and perhaps the mattresses and pillows. More in-room amenities would be nice, too (microwave/fridge).

I am on first floor, my living room window is facing outside, I can see clearly through the curtains towards outside. But, it seems like they cannot see me.

Not bad I mean obviously you got tweaks but not bad only thing is that I tried to check out early but they didn’t have a drop off when checking out early and the lobby was closed so I just slid the card under the door into the main lobby

Dimly lit small room, smelled strongly of smoke. Pillows were not comfortable and the heater didn't work very well

We arrived in town late for a early flight and just wanted a place to catch a few zzz after traveling all day. So we did not complain because it probably would have cut into the 5 hours we were staying to make a fuss. However the sink was clogged and dirty and their was a dirty towel on the back of the bathroom door. We decided to turn the heat up and sleep on top of the covers on a blanket we were traveling with. The room was really nice for the price but could have been much cleaner especially with covid.

Male stuff at night either doesn’t know how to do his job or he just don’t want to be friendly at all ! calling customer B**** cuz he didn’t do his job right

The staff were very nice, helpful and welcoming. I realky do appreciate their effortsm. The room was clean and comfortable. Its a value for money. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, which goes directly to the downtown of San Francisco. It is also very close to the Airport. There are also number of fastfoods and supermarkets near the hotel. It was very acceptable experience and stay.

Room was dirty, Old dirt and stains in bath, and bathroom, toilet seat cracked and pinched my leg, sinks dirty, service not helpful at all, tv was static, neighbors slamming doors, etc.

Happy.close to my work.just stayed to check it out.nice picnic atea.charcoal grills.due to covid 19 its super quiet. I even booked an extra night. Overall i would ,,and will stay here again
