Our stay at the hotel was amazing they are so welcoming the rooms are very comfortable all the facilities are fantastic and breakfast is lovely the staff are so friendly and supported and fulfilled any request I cannot fault this hotel at all we had to most beautiful stay

Great stay
We made a business trip into a family break with our French Bulldog. Room was great, with the service staff providing us extra cups when we asked for them. Meeting the Scottish U20s Rugby Team was a pleasure too. Very pleasant lads

We had a brilliant stay, all staff where very helpful. hotel room was a good size. breakfast excellent. travel links superb. the TV was a bit of a fiddle, with our little girl wanting to watch cartoons, ans the chanels being a bit limited. but wasnt too bad. Iam currently tryjng to get through to a lost and found dept onsite. as we have an item left behind in the room we need returned to us.

Gross baths
The ladies at the reception were very friendly, particularly a lady named Shauna who checked us in. I booked a room for 1 adult and 2 children (girl-9, boy-13) and we got a spacious room with 2 double beds. We were very pleased with our room in the beginning, but the fridge cabinet was very dusty despite leaving a note to housekeepers it wasn't attended to. The bath did not drain well when we took a shower and that was just gross. In the morning we were awakened by loud banging noises of maintenance work from the room above us.
