The staff were fantastic. From luggage assist to the lounge while we waited for our room to be ready--we were hours early for check in--to the check-in process. Everyone was friendly and went the extra mile to make it easy for us. Hotel is perfect location for Tower Bridge and the Tower Station. Easy walk to the Borough Market too. Very quiet too. Hope to be back soon.

6/10 Good

Location with potential ,very helpful night staff... However, daytime staff, hotel condition and issues with maintenance and operations leave it wanting... Particularly if you are in the additional wing, your stay will be bad. Room cleaning wasn't good, construction work all around, noise from the DLR, and issues with the air conditioning mean that I would not recommend this hotel to others The reception night staff did everything they could to help, but they can't compensate for bad management

Great property with an amazing location. Trains can be a little loud depending on your location in the hotel. Would certainly stay here again for the location at Tower bridge and access to the Metro.
