Pathetic service
Hotel JK denied that there is any kind of booking made by us. And hotels.com is claiming that there is booking and so. What kind of pathetic service you guys provide. You guys simply looted me by claiming that booking is confirmed. Now I want my refund at any cost or I am taking this case to consumers forum
