Disappointed
I usually like holiday inn hotels but this hotel was outdated. It really needs to get remodeled especially the flooring. There’s a certain stench that you can smell right after getting off the elevator and it’s probably the old carpet it just smelled like mildew. The one thing that disappointed me was that we weren’t able to watch any tv. I called the front desk and they told me something about them switching cable companies and the regular channels should work. Nope not even 1 channel. We had one of the bigger rooms and both tvs did not work. The staff is super friendly and accommodating though. Breakfast was decent, they have a pancake maker. Would I stay again? Maybe if they remodeled and had cable tv working.

Location is everything
The hotel was sufficient. A little pricy, but it is the best hotel location in the city (beach, convenience stores, and fast food are walking distance). Parking and breakfast are free. The rooms themselves are in desperate need of updating, and the walls are very thin. Fortunately I was on the 3rd floor, so I didn’t have to hear what was above, but I felt sorry for people under me bc with every step I took, the floor creaked or a table would jiggle as I walked by.

Holyday Inn is the King to Enjoy Any Dream!!!❄️🌞☔️💨
The front desk attendants were Excellent!! They were able to get us a room close to the elevator do to my temporary disability (I was on crutches) . They were very attentive to suggest a good place to eat. We were very satisfied very good food and nice ambiance!! The morning Manager was very helpful with information my family needed. Over all EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! 😊🌺

Hidden Gem in Oxnard/Port Hueneme
Great little hotel about 2 blocks from a great beach in Port Hueneme. The breakfast was good and all the staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again when we are in the Oxnard area.

Mostly bad. Disappointing
No sign on the street. Very dark too. Drove by 3x before I guessed correctly. No parking in front and key didn’t open back door. Had to walk all the way around lugging all my stuff. Shower had no door or cover on half. Big surprise the floor got all wet and slippery. Bed was fine. Breakfast pretty good considering.
