    A Nice Spot

    I loved the shower. It looks like it was remodeled. The only thing I didn't like was the constant smell of marijuana at my end of the hallway. Everything else was on par.

    The first room we were put in, the shower door was broken. The second room was disgusting but by this time it was after midnight and we were exhausted. The sleeper sofa had huge stains on it. Cleaning was a major issue but we did not realize how bad it was till the next morning. There was dried blood on the floor behind the bathroom door and on the walls. I took pictures and reported it to staff. They were apologetic and said they would address the issue with their staff. I was charged a $50 room fee in case of damages. It’s been two weeks and I still haven’t received it back. I was patient and understanding when this first happened. I really just wanted the hotel to be aware of the health and housekeeping issues. Now I’m just mad that not only did I stay in a room that clearly broke several health code violations but now I am having an issue getting my deposit back.

    Check in was a disaster, because Expedia lost our reservation. But once we finally got a room, it was disgusting!!! Dirty sheets, dirty bathroom. Gross!! Went to new room. Not a huge upgrade from the first. Would’ve left the hotel all together if it wasn’t 1:30 AM!!

    Disappointed

    Don't let exterior full you. Place run like cheap motel. Toilet wouldn't flush. Looks like Direct TV? Not even the basic package available. Very few channels Thin walls.

    Not picky about Hotels during a hurricane but this place is not safe. Bugs. Dirty water. Place should be condemned. Hotel staff was hostile and rude when we wanted a room without bugs. Stay away. This hotel needs to be removed from Expedia.

    Nasty. We were exhausted from Traveling. Booked online. Granted it was rundown but bed looked and smelled ok at first. Took a shower And found mold. O bath towels So called front desk and would not bring any up exhausted and we to bed. People fighting in hall near our door In the middle of the night Stink woke me up. When got up and went to bathroom my feet were black. Had to take shower and put bed clothes in dirty clothes as they smelled. Pulled out desk chair but did not sit as I would not give something that shredded to any charity There was not any ice in machine. I cannot believe how awful Quality Inn has become. They used to be decent i tried to contact company. Ut guy hung up when i was getting confirmation number. I hope that was recorded. Awful I have photos but do not see way to attach
