I never really cared about reviews before this stay. I’m not a clean freak or a germaphobe but this property changed all that. And before I go into it I want to say the staff was very helpful and very nice. The staff was the only thing this place had going for it. My first room had bed bugs... (I could go into detail about how dirty the room was but I’d rather not paint that mental picture for you) the second room was a bit cleaner and by a bit I mean there was hair in the bed (like the sheets had never been changed) and the soap used by the last guest was dried up in the tub. I didn’t let any of my belongings touch the floor and I honestly don’t think I got an ounce of sleep. This hotel was priced at $36 per night. I had a coupon and only paid $13 out of pocket for this stay. It wasn’t worth the $13 and going forward the only way I’d stay here again would be if they paid me. I have never written a review but this one was so bad I just had to. Please spend the money and go somewhere cleaner.

Very old hotel. The room was dirty. It smelled like smoke and the bedding was gross. I’m sure it was washed but it was yellow with stains. We will never be back!

Close to shopping, gas options, meal choices. Right off I-25, so maybe some noise if you're on the south-facing rooms. Good value for the price, friendly staff! I'll stay there again.
