Stay somewhere else!
This place is a dump! When pulling in the parking lot, there was trash everywhere. The lobby smelled like old Chinese food. Paint was chipping off all the walls. The carpet in the halls were stained with bleach, with patches missing. A dirty towel was laying out in the hallway. The room was disgusting. The trash hadn’t been emptied. There was dried toothpaste on the faucet about a quarter inch thick, so you know it hadn’t been cleaned in days, maybe weeks. There was no bedside table lamp. Hardware was missing off the furniture. Pieces of the carpet were gone. The toilet was only fastened on one side and the towel bar had been ripped out of the wall. The bathtub was dirty and there was no drain stopper, not that I would have let my body touch the tub. The only positive was the waffle maker at breakfast. Otherwise, you would be better off sleeping in your car on the side of I-10.

Dirty hotel
I had to change rooms three times each room were all the same. The bathtubs were dirty. They had paint all in the bathtub in the inside of the tubs. The hallways were dirty with paint all on the carpet the sheets smell like somebody else had been using the sheets they never offered to empty my trash.

Do not stay here!
We walked in and the lobby smelled of cigarette smoke and Febreeze. It seemed the place was freshly painted but everything else was falling apart. They guy who checked us in was nice enough, but when we got to our room the carpet was soaking wet because the mini fridge was broken and had completely defrosted, leaking water out. The bathroom didn't seem like it had been cleaned. We checked out and found somewhere else to stay.

Unsatisfactory Experience
Happy Marvelous Monday To say that it looked like the pictures is an understatement. We arrived at or around 245am on Friday, November 8th. So we were already exhausted. The Front Desk Representative was nice. That literally was the last and nice experience that we had. When we got into the elevator, it was filthy and the Emergency box appeared to be in need of service or repair. Pictures are attached. When you got off the 3rd floor - it was literally a scene out of a horror movie. Clorox stains on the carpets; white splatter or glue on the doors. We said it cant be this bad - we're just here to sleep and shower. Lets get into the room. Pictures are attached. We got up the next day and walked to the elevator to find the storage/linen room door to be opened. It was disaster. What did we get ourselves into! At this point, I started looking for other options, but everywhere was booked due to the LSU/Bama game, Southern vs Bethune Cookman and a Convention downtown Baton Rouge. The HouseKeeper only put 1 towel 1 washcloth and 1 handtowel in the bathroom. Beds were not touched. Second night - same amount left on the sink area. Again same towels no cleanup. Third night - same thing. I stay in LaQuinta in several cities (last stay was with a friend at LaQuinta at Berkeley). Wyndham should go out and visit their locations. This will question my stays at future LaQuinta properties. I have pics but will not upload. Please email me and I will upload.

Can’t believe this was a LaQunita Hotel!
Not what you typically expect from a LaQuinta property. Sheets were not clean. Only one wash cloth. Housekeeping did not leave any wash cloths when they cleaned between night 1 and 2. Hotel recently renovated but very poorly. Carpets in hallway were covered in pet hair and were filthy. TV remote would not adjust volume up or down. Only positive was that the bed was very comfortable. People working the hotel were nice but I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Filthy
The room was filthy and smelled like smoke. We reserved 2 rooms for 2 nights, when we arrived I was told I reserved 1 room for 2 nights with 2 beds. I showed my receipt & was told they made a mistake with my reservation.

Terrible hotel
Old, dirty, rundown. For what I paid I would expected a nice, clean place. Hallway carpet was disgusting. I had no choice but to stay as it was the only available room in the area. Front desk was nice though.

This has got to be the dirtiest, unsafe…..it just sucked. And I got charged over $350 for it because I got it online. If I had seen the place, especially the room, I NEVER would have chosen to stay here. Y’all should truly be ashamed for this place. It should be torn down and rebuilt. Hopefully by another company.

Unfit for Operation
This hotel should not be in operation. They are obviously under a remodel of some sort but the rooms are not fit for anyone at any budget. My first room had a non operational tub/shower and a filthy bathtub. The 2nd room after complaining had black mold.

The most horrible hotel ever. The bathroom has black dirt and finger prints on the tub. The air conditioner was not working. A man came in the room looking sleepy and high, and started beating the plug for it to come on. Old, raggedy and disgusting. Do not go here ever!
