The front desk staff, lobby and room service staff are good. This hotel is definitely not up to the standards of a five star hotel. The carpet in the hallway and also in the rooms is horrible. Lots of dust on the bed frame and beds. Bed sheets are not clean. Walls are not maintained properly and has lot of black spots. Definitely not at all worth the money that is being charged . Not at all up to the standards of Taj group of hotels.
