The worst accommodation ever in my whole 45 years of travel. We picked the most expensive rate since the ratings was 2 star. As soon as we entered the lobby, we knew we are in for a bad experience. Literally all light in hall way and lobby areas were off & reception employees were busy with their personal phones, No elevators and our superior room is in the 4th floor.
Superior room lights (almost half) burned bulbs, left over open juice in the fridge, dusty, not sure if the bed linen were replaced, no tiolet seat (really???) and noisy side of the hotel (busy street). I better stop listing all the exciting attributes, I'm getting mad again. Anyway, I told the receptionist about the problems. They told me they will check the room. Came back almost 2 hours later and found out nothing was done. Again, they told me they will get it check (receptionist gave me the impression they are hearing my problem for the 1st time and yet they are the same people I spoke who were busy with their phone). My wife and I decided to checked out before one hotel ruin our holiday. Yes, do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. I'm surprised Hotel.com even list the hotel.
