Great location but spartan room
Great location, but very spartan room. No heating, no hot water, bed was lumpy. To be fair it seems to be under construction so in a few years it could be a great hotel in the old city center.

Queja. No lo recomiendo
Cuándo llegue no tenian mi reservacion en el lobby después de varias llamadas del empleado y 30 minutos de espera, me entrego una habitación deprimente, muy pequeña sin ventana ni tv, le mostre la reservación en la cual indicaba tv y me contesto que ninguna habitación tenia ese servicio, después de 3 minutos regreso y me cambio a una mas grande con ventana y tv y me dijo que el cambio era para que mis comentarios en esta encuesta fueran positivos, obvimente no es asi, el buen servicio debe ser siempre y de forma natural no forzada, además que al momento de reservar no informan que el estacionamiento tiene un costo de 150 pesos por dia extra a lo ya pagado, el estacionamiento es publico. Definitivamente no me volveria a quedar en ese hotel. Les aconsejo revisen el servicio ya que hoteles.com se distingue por tener en su lista hoteles de calidad en servicio al huésped excelente.

el colchon tenía CHINCHES!! el establecimiento no realiza limpieza diaria, no quizo cambiarnos de habitación, se portaron groseros, prepotentes, y nos ofendieron. LO PEOR, nos salimos y nos fuimos a otro lugar aunque no nos regresaron las noches ya pagadas.

Al principio me costo mucho tiempo y trabajo que me hicieran válida la reservacion, fue completamente desgastante, segun entendí por un error en la comunicación del personal. Ubicación del hotel, muy buena solo que a mi punto de vista en cuanto a servicios no se me hace justo El precio del mismo. Deberían tener más conocimiento de los servicios que ofrecen y más tacto con las personas que son sus clientes. Creo que no volvería a reservar aquí.
