Everything was very good to be fair. The only things i didn’t like was that their was no dedicated space to work on your laptop except in the lobby where there’s only one socket outlet to charge your laptop, meaning only one person in the whole lobby can charge. Also since the lobby is the only place (other than your room) where you can work, it was very noisy because there were kids playing in the lobby and others crying, it was very annoying. Other than that, everything else was pretty good, from cleanliness, to having s friendly staff. Would definitely visit again but not on a work trip.

There are lot of things that i wish to raise as a complaint about this Hotel, but two of them were very disappointing to me; 1- It was mentioned that hotel has free shuttle from the airport which was not true and we had to organise it in advance and was coming with extra charges of 15 OMR 2- Whilst i booked a single room, but i was given a room with the shared internal door and i couldn't sleep properly because the next room or better say the next door guest could be hear easily. Very disappointed with this hotel and booking that i made. Thanks
