Extremely positive: morning staff: desk& shuttle were quite polite and extremely helpful and accommodating. A negative was that online info did not mention that pool & hot tub would be closed on date of our reservation and those facilities were a major factor in out choice of this hotel, along with 24 hour shuttle to airport (4 minutes ride). conveniently located within walking distance of at least 3...maybe 5....restaurants. Facility was immaculate, and totally insulated from noise.

Since we had to leave very early in the morning they offered to give us a go bag. Unfortunately the orange in the bag was moldy and spoiled and the airport confiscated the water.

Staff were friendly and room was new and clean. However, we were surprised as to how thin the walls are. You could easily hear people next door and above simply moving around or hear a simple "sneeze", which is surprising for a fairly new hotel. The breakfast was ok in that there were hot and cold items but were of mediocre quality, the sausage was a "patty" not a sausage. One would expect higher quality for a newer hotel where you're paying near $200/night.
