This is my go to hotel in KL. location is perfect, hotel is spotless and staff are amazing. I joked about how small the coffee cups were at breakfast and they went out and found me a mug. If you can stretch to a Club room it’s worth every penny as the Club Lounge for breakfast and evening cocktails is amazing.

It’s a very large hotel in a good location walking distance to the station and lots of restaurants and shops. Helpful staff. Nice large rooms. We had complimentary upgrades without asking. Sound proofed. The hotel lobby is large but calm and comfortable. Huge choice at breakfast but go down before 8:30am to avoid the long queue. Only niggle is that it is so large we never knew when the rooms would be cleaned. It could be late afternoon when you have to come back to rest.

Everything was great the room was clean the staff were awesome. I used grab for my ride which was very convenient I don’t think they had an airport shuttle. My only issue is the tv did not have really good channels compared to the other hotels I stayed at and I had a hard time adjusting the a/c temperature
