When I booked through hotels.com it specifically said the only additional fees was the tourism fee. When I got to the hotel they charged me an additional $140 to park. There was wires sticking out of the bed, the hot tub was roped off and broken, none of the electrical outlets on the lamps had enough power to actually charge my phone. I had to use the front of the microwave. There was no do not disturb sign to put on my door so house keeping came and tried to clean up the room we left in a mess which was nice and appreciated since lots of other hotels won't clean your room due to covid. The hotel staff were rude and demanding even told me that they other staff didn't know what they were doing and would be charging my credit card again even though I did not authorize them to or sign for it. Breakfast is very promptly whisked away at 8:59:59 so make sure that you plan accordingly. Won't be staying here when we come again in May.

Nice stay
I was hesitant about staying here cause of the reviews. After staying here for 4 days we enjoy our stay. We had no complaints except for our door key not working. The room was clean and good for 4 kids and 2 adults. The beds were comfy. Walking distance to Disneyland about 18min not too bad. I have to say whoever cleaned our room did amazing I mean they folded our kids blankets and organized our sink area. Hey, when your rushing to the parks it’s hard to keep it so organized as you get ready, so we appreciated how clean our room was each time we came back to our room. Definitely will plan on staying again.

Room key didn’t work had to go back down to get new key and was given an entire different room (Don’t know why) and our room floors were so badly sunken and seeping as if there was prior water damage and my card was charged 2 times and I had to call to get transaction refunded as they admitted it was their fault but it took several times of me calling for the refund to finally happen about a week later which made it very frustrating and the experience with hotel was simply horrible and I will never be returning

Mediocre at best
Hotel was told to be accommodating with an early check in, I called a day before mentioning I will like to have early check in but it’s not guaranteed which is acceptable. He told me he took note of my name and once I arrived there is a good chance that I can check in. Once I got to the hotel, there was no note taken on my name or account and the man at the desk didn’t have any idea what I was talking about. They allowed us to park at the residence so we may check in later which was very nice of them as we were here on a Disney trip. Once check in the room was not the best of shape. The lights were very dim and could barely see anything in the room. There was a lot of water damage in the shower area of the bathroom and the toilet was very dirty. The room was divided by a roller door which was an extra room with spare tv and couches, but the door that divides it was broken and was a struggle to open this was also where the lights wouldn’t turn on all the way leaving this area unusable. This was a 5/10 experience. The saving grace was the man at the desk later in the night when we came back for check in, he was very nice, as well as the bed in the room which was very comfortable.
