    Never experienced such bad service.

    The hotel did not have enough towels in the room for the number of people on the reservation when we arrived. That night we asked for additional towels and washcloths and were told by the person at the desk to “go to Walmart and buy your own” because they were out of them.

    Heat had no thermostat to regulate how warm the room got. It was either cold (without heat on) or it got too warm, the fan just kept blowing heat. Breakfast was ok. No hot eggs prepared. Cold boiled eggs you had to reheat. The room was clean, but no easy chair to relax in to watch TV.

    Adult hockey team staying at the hotel. We could hear them until 12:30 am even though we called the front desk 3 different times. When we checked in we commented on the noise and the girl told us it would be done by 10pm or she would let them know.... that was a lie. Won’t stay here again or recommend
