    I liked being close to the breakfast room, being able to park near the stairs to my room, a peaceful sleep right beside a major thoroughfare. I liked my bed. I did not like having to put a safety deposit of $50 down when I had a confirmed booking number to provide the front desk. I did not like confusion around checking in aligning my reservation with the hotel’s computer system. I neither want nor need to know about internal financial covenants with other reservation systems. I did not like having to return tonfront desk the morning after to ensure the deposit was nullified.
