Receptionist was rude, instead of being helpful she kept saying we needed to cancel our reservations and make another one.

Sheets and towels were given to me damp. Asked for replacement sheets and they were damp also. I was told the room was cold were sheets are stored. The next morning,the sheets were still wet!!

This hotel was not worth the money spent. The room was not Even cleaned once in 5 days. I had to use the same tower 3 days in a row. I only received new towers because I went to the front desk to complain about it. The bed was not maid in 5 days. The pool was closed. The gym was closed. The business center was closed. There was no breakfast at all. The rooms are noisy. When people spoke in their rooms I felt that they were talking to me in my room. The television did not work properly. The cable kept going in and out and it made a strange, loud, and annoying sound. The buttons on the remote control had to pressed multiple times just to change channels. There was no soap in the room. The shower had shampoo, conditioner, and a bottle of body wash. I understand that we are operating under a Corona virus outbreak, but we are still getting charged the full amount for substandard quality and service. This experience has now made me a former customer of the Marriott hotel chain. 100% dissatisfied.

Just wasn't what it seemed once i arrived in person. The online pictures painted a different picture but once i got there didn't feel clean or safe. People walking around smoking drugs during broad day light right outside our room. Only stayed 3 hours and immediately checked out. Currently going back and forth with hotel about the return of my money and they aren't being professional about it as well as different staff are telling me different things which leads me to believe no one knows what they are talking about or doing. Will not be returning to this types of property

I paid for a room & based off what I seen on line I was impressed. They dnt show that u can get a room with a balcony that faces the parking lot....terribly view but on line when u book they show u the room & a nice view from the balcony which over sees the hotel patios & other people. I was stuck not once but 2nd time, terrible view not what the advertise after u booked the room smfh!!!!
