We had a king size room with a sofa bed. The king size was definitely better than most other beds at hotels we’ve been at. But the sofa bed was falling apart. Overall it was a good stay.

Trip Saver!
What a crazy start to our first time in NYC! We were originally scheduled to stay at a different hotel but upon arrival, we were notified that it was sold the night before and had become an asylum for immigrants. Stressed, confused and lost, we turned to hotels.com to find something nearby and this hotel popped up. Thank you Courtyard Marriott for not only having availability, but also for being so friendly, welcoming, clean and comforting! YOU SAVED OUR TRIP! The entire staff was super sweet and friendly. They even gave us tips on how to get around town. The whole place is CLEAN! Our room was tiny (which was expected in NYC) but very comfortable. The business center/lounge was AWESOME! I was able to get some work done and meet up with friends for a bit as well. When we return to NYC again, we'll be coming back! My wife and daughter wouldn't want it any other way. Take our advice and don't hesitate. This hotel is great!
