Poor Accommodations
When we first went in, the suite was somewhat clean. The beds were made. For two double beds (maybe queen?) there were only four pillows between the beds. The mattress covers were not properly on the bed, nor were the fitted sheets. The towels in the bathroom were just tossed in on the counter, used soap bars, dirty sinks with toothpaste/soap residue on them and the faucets. Showers were slimy and the floors were both wet. Under the beds were baggies, tissues, leaves and lotion left by past guests. The only lights are in the main entry way and bathrooms, others are lamps. Heating/cooling systems were soaked with water on the top of them, the fridge wasn’t clean and there were dishes in the sink, the pull out couch is broken beyond repair with the corners having the springs ripped out of them, but don’t worry, the rips were duct taped together. TV remotes didn’t work, no bags for the ice buckets, the floors weren’t swept/vacuumed at all, the pool is closed yet again, and no one told us about the complimentary breakfast that I’m sure was included somewhere in our overpriced, $200 a night room. There was also a car fire in the parking lot and no one from the hotel made any attempt to contact guests to let them know that their cars were parked right next to a pickup truck that was up in flames, and there were straws (assuming for drugs) littered in the hallways.

The tile in the bathroom was broken, the blankets on the bed had a good print on them. There was a coffee cup in the safe from god knows when.
