Great accommodation nicely placed for Yosemite
Very nice accommodation and facilities. Service though was a bit distance and haphazard Very nicely located for exploring Yosemite

    Good 6.0
It was great to stay so close Yosemite and the staff were all very nice and helpful to plan out our time. Pool was nice. Disappointed that have to pay extra (above the hotel cost and the $30 a day resort fee) for the majority of activities at the hotel.

    Exceptional 10.0
Wonderful base for Yosemite National Park visit
We stayed in the cottages which was perfect for our family of 4. Comfortable beds, everything was new and clean. Lots of relaxing amenities after a long day in the park (hot tubs, pool, small adult pool, pool bar, lawn games, etc.). Jackalopes (the main restaurant) was consistently good and they had a nice craft cocktail menu as well. We had lots of fun meeting other guests around the fire pits and Adirondack chairs while making s'mores at night ( a s'mores kit is included with your stay). For the cottages, it would have been nice to have more of a kitchenette and/or sink. The room is equipped with a mini fridge and microwave, but if you wanted to rinse out a coffee cup or wash off a spoon, everything had to be done in the bathroom sink. Note that if you stay here, you are a full hour's drive from Yosemite Valley. Summer lodging is so limited in the park however, that Tenaya was an excellent option. But, be prepared to drive each day if you plan to visit the park multiple days. Overall i would recommend Tenaya Lodge and I would stay here again if I'm back in the area.

    Very good 8.0
    Great Resort!
Tenaya lodge staff was very courteous. They were very polite and answered room service calls. Our room wasn’t that great even though we paid a premium price for a double occupancy room. Sink was clogged, charging point at the desk was broken, toilet wasn’t immaculate when we checked in. Although after 2 phone calls they fixed the sink and cleaned the toilet. Other than the room, the property is awesome with lots of activities to do for kids and adults. The outdoor pool with the bar was the best part and so was the restaurant attached to it. The restaurant was a bit pricey considering the quantity and limited food options but not bad for a 2 night stay. The lodge also has a Pizzeria at a few minutes walking distance and has pool Table, air hockey table which we enjoyed thoroughly after a nice dinner at that place. The deli has some nice options if you want a quick bite or just grab a togo coffee. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back
