Negatives: The furniture in the room had big holes in the armrests and some stains. Carpet was well-worn. The place looked very well-used. Door looked like someone had tried to pry it off the hinges at some point in time. Furniture/room smelled musty.
Positives: Staff was extremely friendly and efficient in their duties. It was nice to be able to walk right out and be on the boardwalk, listening to all of the music from surrounding venues. It was centrally located.
Final Assessment: If you don't mind staying in a place that looks like a college kid's off campus house adorned with dumpster furniture, this is the place for you. If I had paid $50/night, I wouldn't have minded the place, but at over $200/night, that was really steep for what I described above. I should have taken pictures, but I didn't realize I would be reviewing the place.
