Airport transfer service
Everything is perfect but…I chose this hotel although it’s far from the city center because on their website they offer airport transfer as one of their amenities. When we asked this service, they said that they don’t have it. We asked that why on their website, it’s one of their offered services. The concierge said, because of the Covid pandemic, they were not able to update their website! A 4.5 star hotel can’t update their website? We could not take the subway for we have 5 huge luggages and hand Carries. We were in Japan for 9 days and have had done shopping from the 3 cities we visited. We ended up spending $320.00 for the 2 taxis. I will come back if I’ll have a lighter luggages. I hope they’ll put back that airport shuttle bus transfer as one of their amenities.

Airport Shuttle Bus, a huge flaw😩
We stayed there for thee nights. As we entered the hotel, we could breath in the refreshing scent of a 4.5 stars hotel. We were courteously greeted by the staff and concierge. We were checked in without a long wait. My husband and I had a queen bed room and my two daughters had a separate twin bed room. Both rooms are so spacious with breathtaking views of the River. We had our complimentary two bottles of mineral water. The bed is so comfortable giving us a complete three-night-rest.The bathroom is roomy with complete toiletries. Breakfast everyday has two choices, either the buffet or the sushi restaurant. We chose the breakfast buffet as we like the normal way of having our morning start up. The buffet staff are always on their feet to clear out your used plates, refill the empty food warmers and of course the omelet chefs are awesome.The varieties of food was excellent! My daughters and husband tried the gym and pool and were so satisfied with the equipments and of course the helpfulness and courteous gym’s staff is a huge plus. The downside to this hotel: as it is away from the city center, it takes us to commute 45-60 mins to Get to all of the tourist spots we visited by train. A huge flaw is there’s no airport shuttle bus. Which I believed it’s in their website that they offer this service. We shopped a lot so we had 6 big luggages that we can’t take the train.Spent320 US$ for 2 taxis. I’ll come back if there’s an airport shuttle bus offered by this hotel.

Best hotel experience ever
We landed in Japan early and got to the hotel around 8:30 am. When we arrived to the hotel they greeted us so kind and they helped us with our luggages so quick. We couldn’t check in due to there check in policy but the guy saw we were tired and came from a far and did his magic and we got to check in a little earlier from the check in time. The hotel room was amazingly clean. The size Of the bed was huge feel in love with it. They kept our room clean every time we left to do our activities. Great service, great people and I felt save Definitely will be going back and booking again with them. Thank you
