ROCHES!
We stayed at this hotel last minute as we were having electricity issues at our home. Upon arriving there wasn’t anyone at the front desk to check us in. Waiting about 10 minutes and a young lady walked out to check us in. We got up to our room and the overall look was okay. We woke up the next morning to leave for work and check out and found roaches crawling on the bed. From the outside this hotel is seem long very nice but the roaches ruined us. We will go else where next time!

Absolutely the worst hotel visit I have ever had
I had to wait hours to check in due to no one working at the front desk. After finally checking in, the room and hallways smelled like mold. Areas of the wall and ceiling had holes all in them, some areas under construction. Christmas night, there was no hot water in the shower, eliminating the ability for me, my wife, or kids the bath. There were multiple dead roaches and I saw 2 alive. These were the German kind that will destroy your home if only one gets in your luggage. When packing my things to leave, my card stopped working, locking me out of my room. I tried calling the after hours number and got no answer. My cell phone, pistol, and laptop were all in the room. No one ever told me that the doors lock after checkout time. Absolutely the worst hotel stay I have ever had, and I have traveled from coast to coast in this country staying in hotels. This place was also the trashiest looking hotel I’ve stayed in. Not to mention, the pool doesn’t work, nor is the restaurant/bar operational (online said both were open). This hotel ruined the Christmas I was supposed to have with my children.

Pay a little more and get a better hotel
Could have paid a little bit more for a much pleasant stay, bathroom light didnt work, we were moved to another room, light was very dim we had to put a lamp in the bathroom then it stopped working entirely, damp moldy smell, outdated, pool, restaurant, bar were all closed, receptionist had a good 30 min trouble with the printer, guess it was old as well, the lobby looks really pretty, has a victorian style feel and look, but the rooms need to be maintained , im sure it requiers alot of money, but honestly i rhink the sheets arent even changed, i didn't see or heard anybody cleaning the rooms as i hear in other hotels. I paid $120 plu $9 for resort fees which were not even open!!

Lakeland florida hotel
Place was barely passable. Old, rundown, no hot water in bathroom sink. Rug was once upon a time high quality, now just nasty. Holes in the wall. Nice lady on desk but very slow. Tge people before me went up to tge suxth floor and came back with a key that didnt work. I was running late to go to a concert show but i made it a point to go and check my key as it was posted that the desk was unattended after 10 pm. When i returned she was still there and said she forgot to charge me for something. I paid quietly so i hope that works out.
