overall a good stay
We had a suite room for a family of four which was very spacious. Big comfortable beds and clean. The hotel was very quiet when we were there making it easy to social distance. Was a little surprised the staff weren’t wearing masks, even in the restaurant when leaning over to pick up plates etc. Food was only average but service very friendly.

poor moon rooms
We have stayed at this hotel before and it has been very good and we are used to the rooms. We had a free moon to use. Our room was so small and the bathroom only have a shower and no bath and very small. If this is the sort of rooms we are going to get we see no point in saving them. We had to stay an extra night that we booked with the hotel and we had a larger room with bath and shower that we normally get .

Have you experienced a situation, whereby you are checking into a hotel and the one person behind reception is having to resolve a problem with a customer in front of you. In the meantime, the queue behind you is building... You think this will not be a problem, as another member of staff is clearly visible in the back office behind reception. You expect that they will notice the building queue of customers at reception, stop typing away on the computer and at the very minimum, acknowledge that you are waiting. Perhaps reassure you that the customer in front will be dealt with swiftly. Or perhaps that member of staff will use some initiative and ask if he/she can help you? Unfortunately, this did not happen at Aubrey Park - a member of staff, clearly visible in the back office, decided not to assist her colleague in reception

Nice stay
Hotel staff were excellent. Some areas of the room and the corridor looked a bit tired.

Countryside gem.
This hotel always gives me a warm friendly welcome. I had booked a suite whenever i can, i think the soft furnishings in the suite are a little tired now. As a blue badge holder i had a little issue about where to park. Overall we love the place, it's quiet, friendly, & well priced.

Good stay at Aubrey Park
The hotel is located very close to the Motorway so was very easy to access . The overall experience of staff , room, restaurant, and service was first rate at a very competitive price and I would have no hesitation in recommending Aubrey Park for a business or pleasure vist to London -particularly as it is so close by rail link to Central London.

Good stay
Pet friendly which is great. Enjoyed our stay if we could find any faults it would be that the bar is quite expensive , although not much dearer then other hotels and there was only scrambled and boiled eggs for breakfast no fried; the rest of the breakfast was lukewarm. Overall great

A very good stay.
A very good location. Despite being very close to the motorway, the room we had was very quiet and peaceful. Our room was very clean and very comfortable, with plenty of drawer space for clothes. Had facilities for making hot drinks and you could request fresh milk. The shower was a good size. The toiletries provided were minimal and of average quality, but we had brought our own. Staff were all lovely. We received a warm welcome when we arrived and when we went down for breakfast. Everyone we met working there greeted us. We only had breakfasts at the hotel but they were the best hotel breakfasts that we had had in a long time. The cooked breakfast was excellent and the eggs cooked to perfection. The main carpark can be quite tight. When we arrived there were cars parked down the centre of the car park where there were no marked spaces, which did make it difficult to get the car in. This appeared to be from a day conference. However, we found the overspill carpark, where there was more room. An enjoyable stay and we would certainly stay again.
