Loud Neighbors Hairy Tub
When I checked in everything seemed ok. After being in my room for about an hour, a couple with a dog got the room next to mine. The walls apparently are very thin, as I could hear everything they were saying and their dog making a lot of noise. When the sound of their tv actually overtook the tv in my room, I packed my stuff back up and asked for a new room. Easy enough, new room was quiet. I walked into the bathroom and noticed a bunch of hairs in the tub and on the wall which was pretty off putting, especially since the standard of clean has been escalated due to the pandemic. In the morning, I actually used the complementary bar of soap and a wash rag to clean the tub so I could shower, which caused an even larger clump of hair to pop out of the drain. Its safe to say I will not be back, the tub hair really had me questioning the cleanliness of everything else in the room.

Great Overnight Stay
My daughter and I stayed here overnight after she had a dental procedure, home was 3 hours away. I called ahead and asked if we could check in early due to the nature of our stay. They ensured we had a beautiful room on the bottom floor. Away from others.Everything was clean and well decorated. Staff was always positive, friendly and helpful. I'm usually a Marriot girl but , I am glad I branched out. I hope my stay in March at the seaworld Hilton will be the same.

Very good
The over all hotel was nice. Although, we stayed two nights. Our room was not cleaned during our stay. Which I understand due to the covid situation. But, at check in the front desk should notify you of the situation and provide extra towels if needed. I feel it is unprofessional not to let customers know up front.

Bring Ear Plugs
BRING EAR PLUGS. Walls are thin. We heard EVERY WORD of every conversation next to us. 3 rooms occupied in a row in a mostly empty hotel during COVID. How does THAT work? . LOUD couple on one side banging every door and we could.literally hear every word of every conversation, especially when they were up at 6am on a Saturday. Loud family on the other side with loud little kids running back and forth. I do not recommend unless you're a heavy sleeper or can sleep with ear plugs. Front desk staff when we checked in was...odd.

Good
While we were there for a 5 day stay, the plumbing in our room was making a moaning noise. Very annoying and seemed to get louder at night, therefore sleeping was tough. Went to tell the front desk about problem. Girl insisted it was the elevator...it wasn't the elevator. Elevator was on the opposite side of the hall and this noise was constant. I know a little about plumbing, and this noise was from the plumbing. Anyway left for the day come back and ask if problem was fixed, Girl says it was the elevator. Roll my eyes and get back to the room...noise is gone. Never heard it again. NOT the elevator. Just talk to me like a human. Don't just throw out a company line and tell me it was the elevator when it was something else. Also I can't fathom that a hotel would not have a plunger handy when needed. Nough said

No free breakfast!
Due to Covid, free breakfast is no longer included. They need to remove that from their listing because other hotels are still providing a breakfast. Very misleading!
