I know the tine to check out was at 11am, but at 11:01am they came to the door knocking like they were the police for you to get out.. when I arrived there that place is so freaking scary. They left me outside for over 20 minutes before they gave me the pass code to getting very frustrated. Very ugly place and very expensive place also, I had to beg them please let me in I’m a little single woman out here at 3 o’clock in the morning and that was my first time going to PR. Very bad service ;(

Good location, but no parking available. A staff told me I could park at super max when I asked where to park, but security staff there let me know that was not okay! Please don't tell people to park where they shouldn't. Also, very noisy guests that didn't have respect for others sleep.

Great hostel first time for me. Te room is nice spacious and clean. Includes a full bathroom with shower a plus compared to other rooms that share the bathroom. Has a nice rooftop patio with lounge chairs a bar style and a shared kitchen with all the things needed. Near is a 24 hr open store with everything you need to eat beer wine.... prices are affordable. Near by are all kind of great restaurants from traditional Porto Rican style to Chinese and Mexican. Is 3 blocks away from the beach walking distance.

Proprry is in ok shape, but this hostel attracts a LOT of stoners. The neighborhood is loud, even for san juan. Staff is only there a few hours each day, so guests overall were not considerate of general hostel etiquette. Very glad i only booked 1 night.
