This was THE most beautiful Hilton property I’ve stayed at. The attentiveness of the staff was amazing, you can tell they genuinely care about you as a customer. The room was very clean, stocked with green tea and coffee. They give you a pitcher to fill with filtered water. The shops inside are great! We missed breakfast and they took care of us by accommodating us at the local shop that had coffee, fruit, sandwiches, soup, salads and the most delicious Banana bread I’ve eaten in my life, think Banana pineapple pound cake. It’s a huge loaf that could easily serve a family of 5. The coffee was on point, being from Seattle we take our coffee seriously, it was perfect! There’s also a huge pool with floats and a hot tub. It doesn’t mention it on the website but this is in the main area with the Disney Tokyo hotels. The sky train will take you to the park. We stayed to go to Tokyo Disney. If you’re wanting to go shopping you can catch one of the cabs outside of the hotel. The average is about 5000 yen to go to Shibuya one way. There’s plenty of places to eat inside of the hotel. I just wanna give out to Paris and Nikki and say this hotel honors your family name. 10 Stars!
