Overall experience
I don’t understand why when you call the hotel you have to chat with the call centre first then get transferred I wasn’t impressed especially when I had to wait for 15 minutes on the phone then I just hung up. When trying to get a shuttle from the airport to the hotel there was no service or information on how to catch the shuttle bus. We were very disappointed in that as our flight arrived in late and we just to get back to our hotel. When we finally arrived the global server was which wasn’t the hotel fault though we did request for a couple of hotel amenities and the service was never provided. We will definitely potentially reconsider staying with the Hilton again.

The bathroom was not so clean. Breakfast was included in the room booking rate but only continental breakfast can be taken to the room, not the complete one!!! The room was similar to the Holyday Inn & Express with no microwave, but from the cost-benefit point f view Hilton is more expensive.

Embarrassment of a hotel
40 minutes to check in! Every treadmill was broken. Ironing board was not functional. Expected more from Hilton. If you are looking to stay somewhere near the Toronto airport, my recommendation is to stay at a different property. You still need to transfer by shuttle bus to many of the properties around the Toronto airport, and there is not much of a difference in timing to stay somewhere else. Lastly, the manager on duty the night I arrived, was extremely rude, seemed overwhelmed, and did not support his staff. He coward away from the long check in queue, and left one or two people to do the legwork. I assume with a better manager, the staff would’ve been more organized and would have been able to perform check in process is more seamlessly.
