    Surprise parking fee!

    Stay was good. Would have been nice to be told up front that they were going to charge me for parking and how much. It wasn’t mentioned at all. I only noticed when I looked at my credit card statement. I had to call the hotel to ask what the charge was for. Over $26 for one night of parking and resort fee. These things really do need to be discussed during check in!

    We booked a suite room with hot tub inside. We were inside the tub and all of a sudden, hair from the drains started to come out and filled up the hot tub. It was disgusting.

    I knew of the Parking cost prior, but should be included or should be a reduced amount. Other than that all was good. Felt safe during covid 19 stay. Short 15 min walk to the falls and skylon tower where we had dinner reservations. I stayed here because my regular high end hotels was wicked expensive for parking and decided to boycott. I will choose this hotel for my future visits to Niagara. Decent clean place, comfy beds and good front desk staff fair price. Thanks

    For the price good place to stay

    The hotel is clean. Could use some fixing up. We stayed in a Queen room with a jetted tub. The tub was great however needed caulking redone. Was open between wall and tub so water goes in there and therecwas a terrible stagnant water smell. There is not a coffee maker in the room but there is a fridge. The beds are comfortable but standard mattress. The pillows are very basic so if you love your pillow make sure you bring it with you. Overall for the price its a goid place to stay. Also you need to pay $15 for parking
