Worst duty manager Karan for a lovely property
First check in have worst duty manager name karan and co worker Anish don't know how to talk guests they are super rude specifically Karan instead of taking care of problem he is making issues with customers and embarrassing guests which i feel so rude . I book 2 rooms 1 for 3 guests and 1 for 4 guests and at the time of checkin he said you need to pay for 3rd guest because its adult and we provide bed and all i said k but untill 2 am after multiple calls we didn't received extra bed or anything related to that .at time of check out i told them what time i received extra bed after so many calls but they don't care what you saying they care about how much extra they can charge you for no reason . Breakfast taste like half of time is old like cooked last night ir left over . I never have any bad experience like this property specifically Karan and Anish i don't why such a big brand hire these type of rude people on hospitality business specially duty manager karan I think company or manager some1 doing fake review to show customers best review only .
