Our experience durring our stay here was absolutely horrifying to say the least,although booked thrpugh hotels.com app the so-called manger overcharged and, booked, and checked us in through their hotels front office as if we had just shown up out of the blue and meeded a room (as, "cash paying" guests) even though it was verbally brpught to their attention out loud for all to hear very clearly and spoken in english that the reservation was booked and paid for (without opportunity for a refund) through hotels.com. Needless to say there were many other high dollar charges that were placed on my fiances card without our knowledge and without question or reason as to what for or why until we were being charged these multiple verying amounts until my fiances bank notified us by text message and by phone. Thats right! the bank notifies us and we had to bring the matter ro the hotel staffs attention as if they had no idea any charge had taken place at all, no small fees either, more like $150; $200; plus many other charges, not only was this brought to the attention of the office staff but the issue was completely disregarded and we were once again being charged rediculous amounts for services through the hotel still unknown to us, to tje point whete we had to place a block on that card or else we were going to keep seeing more of these crazy charges olaced by the hotels office staff. I dont want to know what is being done with all of the money after all's said and done. Omg! Ugh!
